To assist with administrative functions such as: answering the phone scheduling appointments dispatching technicians general office functions bookkeeping functions

Customer service skills Able to answer multi-line phones Ability to multi-task Organized Reliable/Dependable Computer skills Efficient with Microsoft Programs Efficient with
QuickBooks Desktop Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Schedule sales, service, and installations Answer phones Perform outstanding customer service Dispatch service technicians Place orders with vendors as directed Maintain the filing system Prepare daily deposits. Post daily deposits against accounts receivable. Call on Accounts Receivable for collection purposes. Provide daily and weekly reporting to Office Manager as directed. Invoice installation jobs and time & material work. Maintain Job Log and set up newly sold jobs per the company's stated procedure for establishing new jobs. Process customer financing. Update job files and billing records with change orders, price time & materials if necessary Order and/or file extended warranties Assist office manager with written correspondence to vendors & customers as needed. Complete required operations and reports as directed Process checks for payment against Accounts Payable and Notes Payable maintaining a good credit standing. Maintain all co-op programs offered to the company. Maintain check register daily. Credit approval for new contractors and service customers setting up accounts Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts at month end and update General Ledger with Accountants adjustments. Any other reasonable duties as requested or assigned On the job training is available to the right candidate, additional advanced training is available to all employees. There is room for advancement/growth within this position and it can lead to a full-time position for the right person.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
