  • Charlotte NC Business Brokers is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Commercial Business Services team member to support daily business operations.
This role assists with client communication, administrative coordination, document organization, scheduling, and general business support while helping maintain a professional and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous support to clients and business contacts. Assist with routine commercial business service and administrative tasks. Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person. Maintain accurate records, documents, and business information. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and business activities. Prepare, organize, and distribute business documents and materials. Support team members with daily operational tasks and assigned projects. Maintain organized files, databases, workspaces, and shared resources. Communicate client requests and important information to appropriate team members. Assist with coordinating business meetings and client-related activities. Provide timely follow-up on routine service requests and administrative matters. Handle business information professionally and maintain appropriate confidentiality. Use computers, email, and office software to complete assigned responsibilities. Follow company procedures, professional service standards, and workplace policies. Perform other commercial business services and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous business services, administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Professional, dependable, and client-focused attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Comfortable using computers, email, and common office applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
