Role Description The Program Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of The Echo Foundation's educational programs and events. This role manages program logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and communication with students, educators, and partner organizations. The Program Administrator maintains accurate records, tracks program participation and outcomes, and assists with reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, updating program calendars and databases, preparing presentations and outreach materials, and supporting on-site program delivery. The role collaborates closely with program staff to ensure a high-quality experience for participants and contributes to continuous improvement of processes and resources. Qualifications Program coordination and administration skills, including organizing events, managing logistics, and maintaining documentation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, present information effectively, and interact professionally with students, educators, and community partners. Proficiency in office software and digital tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email platforms, and basic database or CRM systems. Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on a small team and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Commitment to education, youth development, and social impact; familiarity with civic engagement or global issues is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in education, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, including occasional evening or weekend hours for programs and events.
