Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Director of Career and College Promise Programs (CCP), the Academic Services Technician provides administrative and operational support to the Academic Programs division. This position is responsible for coordinating daily office operations while performing a variety of administrative functions. The Academic Services Technician also provides support to our academic deans to ensure efficient departmental operations and understanding throughout our faculty, staff, students and community partners.
Required Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), and two (2) years of clerical, customer service, or office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
Minimum of two years' office management and secretarial experience and knowledge of

1. Initiates, processes, and reviews routine and/or specialized paperwork, forms, reports, data, and/or confidential information related to assigned area of responsibility, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information; Maintains related records. May record meeting minutes.
