Job Description
What You Should Know The Administrative Assistant, Leasing will provide administrative support to the Real Estate and Leasing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and schedules. What You Will Do Answer direct phone calls, emails, and other communications. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including three recurring weekly meetings. Record and distribute meeting notes and maintain accurate documentation. Track and maintain spreadsheets related to lease expirations, company-owned properties, and other key departmental information. Monitor important dates, deadlines, and property-related records to ensure that information remains current and accurate. Enter, update, and maintain departmental records, reports, and databases with a high level of accuracy. Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
