Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall productivity. Your technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and organizational expertise will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with office operations to include bank runs, DMV visits, and some HR tasks. Handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, ensuring all records are up-to-date and well-organized. Support office management activities by coordinating calendar schedules, appointment setting, and meeting arrangements for staff and clients. Perform general clerical duties including word processing, proofreading documents, maintaining filing systems, and managing office supplies inventory. Assist with technical tasks related to office management tools and software to improve workflow efficiency. Experince Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office environment is required; prior office management or personal assistant experience is highly valued. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong typing skills and computer literacy. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred for handling financial transactions. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in customer support or medical receptionist roles will be advantageous for understanding client needs and managing sensitive information.
