$25.00 / hour Job Description Graham Personnel Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client in High Point, NC.Start date:
October 19th Temporary for 6-8 weeks onlyHours:
8am - 5pm Daily $25/hr Basic Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)

- Problem-solving and administrative support skills Duties
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while covering the front desk.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and site activities.
- Monitor and order office and site supplies as needed.
- Prepare reports and meeting materials to support communications.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative projects.
- Support the GM and Senior Directors with customer and vendor visits as needed.
- Order drinks and snacks and replenish supplies in the site conference rooms as needed.
- Work with the uniform vendor to address ordering or damage issues.
- Work with the breakroom vendor to ensure food and drink machines are operating properly, and supplies are replenished as needed.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations and business needs. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, customer service, or coordination experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
