Job Description

Meridian Center - NC, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in High Point, NC, seeks an Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). In this leadership role, you will support daily facility operations, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure high standards of resident care, satisfaction, and safety, help manage staffing and budgets, and foster a compassionate, patient-centered culture while developing your leadership within a large post-acute care organization. Responsibilities Support daily operations of the skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility Assist in ensuring compliance with state, federal, and LTC regulations Maintain survey readiness and coordinate response to survey findings Collaborate with clinical and support teams to uphold quality resident care Help manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce performance Assist with budgeting, expense control, and resource allocation Monitor quality metrics and lead performance improvement initiatives Promote a compassionate, patient-centered, and respectful culture Engage residents and families, addressing concerns and satisfaction Support implementation of Genesis Health Care policies and programs Required Skills Nursing home operations management Regulatory compliance (state/federal/LTC) Survey readiness and response Resident assessment and care coordination Scheduling and staffing oversight Quality improvement and performance metrics Budgeting and expense control Electronic health records (EHR) use Risk management and incident reporting Family and stakeholder communication
