Issues various licenses and permits, notary applications, etc. Composes routine correspondence. Posts and makes entries in account books and other records. Makes arithmetical calculations; types purchase orders. Maintains official County records, records County documents ensuring all documents have been completed with necessary signatures and pertinent information. Performs specialized department tasks and duties as assigned. Duplicates a variety of documents and materials for use by staff. Operates standard office, word processing and data entry equipment. Performs assigned functions as a Disaster Ready Team (DRT) member. Performs related tasks as required.
