This position will be located at the Tyson Family Center for Technology in Monroe. Essential Duties Summary Assist with the organization, and maintenance of program/course materials Support instructor recruitment efforts, including outreach and communication Provide administrative support for workshops, events, and community classes Assist with marketing and outreach efforts (emails, flyers, social media updates, etc.) Conduct basic research on community learning trends and potential course offerings Serve as a point of contact for general program inquiries (under supervision) Required Qualifications Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and be mentored professionally Preferred Qualifications Interest in education, community engagement, or program development preferred Physical Demands Special Conditions Eligibility Summary Students must have completed a current year's FAFSA , be eligible for Federal Financial Aid, be enrolled at South Piedmont Community College, be making Satisfactory Academic Progress ( GPA of 2.000 or higher, a completion rate of 67% or higher, not to exceed the maximum timeframe of 150%) to apply.
