Job Description

The Leggett & Platt Flooring division, located in Statesville, NC is searching for an Administrative Office Clerk to work as a part of our Office Team. The Administrative Office Clerk must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, must be able to learn to use LPCS (internal program), possess strong math and analytical skills and efficient data entry skills. So, what will you be doing as an Administrative Office Clerk?
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document management.
  • Support inventory activities and participate in monthly inventory counts as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide administrative support across departments. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following:
  • Previous office experience.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Access & Excel.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong spelling, grammar, and sentence structure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-review work for accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Inventory experience.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
