We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Waxhaw studio. If you love working with families, enjoy a positive work environment, and want to be part of a creative team, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Greeting families & serving as the friendly face of our school Checking in students as they arrive for lessons Managing the daily schedule & studio flow Communicating with parents about billing, scheduling, and programs Handling basic customer service via phone, text, and email Supporting teachers with room readiness, paperwork, and communication Light cleaning/tidying of lobby and studio spaces Helping with promotional tasks & studio events

Ideal Candidate:

Warm, outgoing, and great with people Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Strong written & verbal communication skills Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, texting platforms, etc.) Reliable, punctual, professional Able to maintain a welcoming, hospitable vibe for families and kids Bonus Points if: You have experience working with children or families You have experience in customer service or front desk roles You like music or the arts (not required!)

Compensation:
