Shatley Paving is now hiring an Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Working with Quickbooks Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Bank Reconciliation Invoicing and Receiving Payments Job Costing Payroll and Weekly Tax Deposits, Child Support Payments, Quarterly Reports, and New Hire Reports W-2's and 1099's Yearly Insurance Audit Certificates of Insurance Form 2290 IFTA Stickers Matching, Typing Cover sheets, and filing asphalt and gravel tickets Filing, Mail, and Answering Phone Bank, Post Office, and Misc. Errand Runs This position offers 11 paid days off after a year of employment (5 Holidays, 5 Vacation Days, and Birthday) We also offer AFLAC Insurance and Christmas Club Work Hours are typically Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with a 1 hour lunch Pay negotiable based on experience.
