Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role provides administrative support to multiple departments, coordinates office activities, maintains documentation, and serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the operations team Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and promptly Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Track and monitor shipments, orders, or other items through required track-and-trace processes Order and maintain office supplies Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as needed Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3-5 years of administrative assistant or office support experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with track-and-trace processes required Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus Preferred Skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
