  • REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a IDT Administrative Assistant in Winston-Salem, NC
  • This role provides high-quality administrative support to IDT leaders while also serving as a visible, approachable "floor admin" for the broader IDT team. The Administrative Assistant will help keep leaders organized, teams connected, and day-to-day operations running smoothly, bringing energy, hospitality, and a spirit of fun to the workplace experience.
  • Your key responsibilities will include
  • + Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling priorities.

+ Provide high-level administrative support to IDT leadership.

+ Coordinate meetings, prepare communications, and maintain documentation.

+ Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and logistics.

+ Support office operations and resource management.

+ Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action items.

+ Plan and execute events, engagement activities, and team initiatives.

+ Act as a culture ambassador and employee experience champion.

+ Build strong relationships across leadership, employees, vendors, and support functions.

+ Identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

  • What are we looking for?
  • + 2-5 + years of administrative or executive support experience + Experience supporting senior leaders and/or C-Suite executives + Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities + Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and work independently + Experience managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications + Service-oriented professional, who enhances employee experience and team culture + High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred •
