Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility Dispatching:
Coordinates with the managers to schedule work. Dispatches the appropriate service technician at the proper time. Updates the dispatch board continuously and maintains the call schedule according to order of importance, location, contract specifications, and time allocation. Ensures calls are completed and reschedules incomplete calls.Client Relations :
Maintains good client relations and provides clear communication to all external and internal clients. Notifies supervisor of any service issues and updates client websites as needed.Service Agreements:
Maintains and coordinates monthly Preventative Maintenance Agreement scheduling. Maintains a working knowledge of each agreement in order to meet specific client requirements. Orders filters as needed.Technician Administrative Support:
Gathers information from service technicians, accurately types and logs work orders, and acquires client approval in a timely manner. Reviews open work orders regularly for accuracy and completion. Assists in the procurement of parts and tools, and performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery. Is familiar with equipment, parts, and their suppliers.Requirements:
Job Related Experience:
0-2 years of technician support or dispatching experience orEquivalent Experience Education:
