This work directly supports the production of life-saving equipment used to control fires and protect people and property. No previous manufacturing or electronics experience is required. What they need from you is reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to showing up with a desire to learn. What You'll Do You'll assemble electronic components according to established instructions and quality standards. Think of it somewhat like following a recipe. You learn the process, understand what goes into producing a quality result, and then adjust as the product or specifications change.

• Read blueprint specifications and assembly instructions, and assemble electronic components to pc boards
• Inspect your work for quality and accuracy
• Work carefully with small parts
• Complete basic production and quality documentation
