Administrative and QuickBooks Assistant - Female-Owned Professional Services Firm Great opportunity to join a stable, well-respected, female-owned professional services firm that values teamwork, flexibility, and treating its employees exceptionally well. This is an excellent opportunity for a calm, focused, and organized individual who takes pride in creating a soothing client experience and enjoys having a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. In this role, you will play an important part in keeping the office running smoothly while also supporting some QuickBooks responsibilities. This is a very attractive role for someone who enjoys being the "glue" to the office and knowing that their work makes a meaningful impact on the team and clients they serve. Key Responsibilities Gather, organize, and maintain client paperwork, documentation, and files, ensuring information is accurate and complete. Assist with billing, invoicing, and internal accounting for the firm. Support basic QuickBooks responsibilities, including entering information, maintaining records, and assisting with routine accounting tasks. Coordinate office supplies, mail, vendors, and day-to-day office operations. This is a perfect role for someone who likes variety in their work, but also values a quieter office environment, calm leaders, and clear expectations. You won't be expected to be the loudest person in the room or constantly participate in office activities.
