Job Description
McGill Restoration is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, doesn't mind wearing a lot of hats, and likes being the go-to person who keeps the office running smoothly. You'll work across HR, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Estimating, so no two days look exactly the same. This position is bilingual in Spanish and English. You must be able to speak, read, and write both languages fluently to be considered for this role. What you'll be doing: Greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or department Answering and routing phone calls Keeping the front reception area clean and welcoming Handling incoming packages and outgoing shipments Supporting all departments with general administrative needs Helping plan company events, meetings, and executive functions Jumping in on special projects Keeping sensitive company information confidential Being the go-between for employees and our IT vendor Managing our cellphone accounts, bill pay, and tracking phones issued to staff Helping HR get new hires and interviews set up and ready to go Assist with qualifying and logistics for our H2B program McGill Restoration provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other protected category, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
