Haigh-Farr is seeking a Quality Department Assistan t to provide crucial support by helping coordinate quality related activities, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. This role is essential for ensuring smooth project execution and administrative efficiency.Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between Quality Engineers, Inspectors and other departments personnel with quality related questions. Coordinate with team members to gather updates as necessary Serve as back up on Document Control related processes Ensure all team members have access to necessary information Schedule and coordinate meetings with other departmentsKnowledge & Skills:
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time management skills. Positive team player attitude. Detailed-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Work with a sense of urgency. Excellent writing and grammar skills.Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role U.S. Citizenship Required.
