Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Data entry and record keeping Answering phones and assisting with basic inquiries Paying bills and processing routine paperwork Filing and maintaining organized records Keeping office documents and information up to date Communicating with customers, vendors, and team members as needed General office and clerical duties Providing support with various day-to-day administrative tasks The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling routine office tasks . Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are important for this position. A willingness to learn and become proficient in QuickBooks Online is required. Previous office or bookkeeping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can be trusted to handle responsibilities independently, and will be a dependable part of our team.Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per weekBenefits:
