Job Description

Office Coordinator Our client needs a strong multitasker for their Office Coordinator position! You'll assist with a variety of general office, accounts receivable, and shipping responsibilities. Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator Answer phones and take messages Prepare cash deposits Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts Maintain accurate customer data in accounting software Prepare orders for shipment and create related documentation Distribute mail Order office supplies Assist with additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the Office Coordinator Previous customer service and administrative experience Computer proficiency with strong data entry skills Exposure to accounting tasks preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and collaborative skills This Office Coordinator position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm for $20-$25/hour, DOE.
