Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Manager to be the welcoming face of Shannon Chiropractic Clinic. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Answer phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls Manage appointment scheduling for patients Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory Assist with clerical tasks such as word processing, faxing and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Invoices and Payments), collecting payments, etc. Plus, all other duties needed. Will be fully trained by manager leaving. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools Prior experience working at a front desk or reception area demonstrating strong customer service skills Knowledge of phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Experience with personal assistant tasks such as appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while supporting multiple priorities Join our team as a Front Desk Manager where you can have fun helping patients and help grow our practice .
