Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary to support our team in managing communication and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between project managers and clients, ensuring smooth information flow and efficient project coordination. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to the operational success of our organization through effective communication, organization, and administrative support. Duties Serve as a communication link between project managers and clients, facilitating clear and timely information exchange. Organize and maintain project plans, contracts, and related documentation to ensure easy access and accuracy. Prepare, review, and distribute daily operational reports to relevant stakeholders. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and project deadlines to support ongoing projects. Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt responses and follow-up. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other administrative materials as needed. Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools. Attention to detail in organizing documents, reports, and contracts. Ability to act as a professional liaison between different parties with tact and diplomacy. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus but not required. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting complex administrative functions within a dynamic team environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
