Education Admin. Assistant Act as the primary point of contact between Silvergate and local school districts, student support teams, and families. Assist with keeping, maintaining, and filing reports and records as may be required. Creates valid contracts with school districts in accordance with State regulations Assist with the coordination between Silvergate, schools and GenPsych. Ensures updated documentation is supplied as needed. Prepare reports, agendas for multidisciplinary care meetings, and assist with billing or insurance verification relative to student care plans Oversees study hall activities. Maintains supply ordering for all sites. Miscellaneous tasks may be assigned as needed Track data regarding student treatment outcomes, session attendance, and operational metrics required by school-partner contracts
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree School administration experience preferred Experience in a mental health setting is also preferred
