This role involves maintaining communication with students and employers, managing job opportunity pipelines, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Responsibilities Of The Bilingual Office Assistant Communicate with students and graduates until employment is secured in their field or a related field. Monitor applicant progress through regular telephone contact. Verify continuous employment in accordance with school, accreditation, and company guidelines. Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities. Maintain an active lead generation system and employment database. Maintain student/employer conversion logs and documentation. Enter all data accurately and timely into the company electronic record-keeping system.
