Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service Answer phone calls, text messages, and appointment requests Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Present treatment plans and discuss payment options Collect patient balances and copayments Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Maintain accurate patient records Help keep the daily schedule productive and organizedQualifications:
Dental front desk experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment terminology Strong communication and customer-service skills Reliable, professional, and comfortable multitasking Experience with dental software is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plusWhat We Offer:
