Our rapidly growing manufacturing company is looking for a full-time Order Specialist to support production planning. This role is vital in ensuring all platforms remain optimized from an inventory standpoint. The ideal candidate is tech savvy with good communication skills. Detail oriented and the ability to analyze data is a must. Proficient with Microsoft Office and always open to learn new tasks. Responsibilities

• Create and process manufacturing orders as needed to ensure ample supply on all sales platforms
• Coordinate between various departments to ensure orders are completed on time
• Organize reports and compile data in relation to the scheduling of orders
• Prepare documentation and process all information relevant to manufacturing orders Requirements & Qualifications

• Responsible, punctual and well organized
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
