High School Diploma; Previous experience with children; Ability to relate to children in a positive but assertive and firm manner; Good interpersonal and communication skills with children and adults; Ability to work as a member of a team; Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children; Emotionally resilient in working with challenging behavior; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Satisfactory health status as certified by a physician; Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status Responsibilities as Directed by Administration Receive lunch deliveries from an outside district/vendors Serve lunch to students. Collect lunch payments daily. Operate the lunch cashier system. Complete a daily reconciliation of lunch payments. Turn in all collected cash to the main office each day. Send weekly emails to parents regarding food orders. Coordinate daily and weekly food deliveries with the outsourced school/provider. Serve as a liaison with the Business Office regarding free and reduced-price meals. Communicate with parents regarding overdue lunch balances. Monitor students and ensure appropriate conduct in the lunchroom. Organize students into orderly lunch lines. Consistently enforce rules established by Administration. Coordinate with teachers regarding lunchroom operations and student needs. Maintain a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude while performing job duties. Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality. Perform other duties as required under the direction of Administration.
