Cleaning MD Services - South Jersey Cleaning MD Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Cleaning & Property Services Technician to join our growing team. This is not just a traditional house-cleaning position. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays active, isn't afraid to get dirty, and can handle a variety of jobs. What You'll Do You'll work with our Cleaning MD Services team on residential and commercial properties, including: Residential and commercial cleaning Deep cleaning and restoration cleaning Property and garage cleanouts Moving furniture, equipment, supplies, and materials Post-construction and jobsite cleanup Exterior property cleanup Power-washing assistance Helping our crews with miscellaneous property-improvement and construction-related labor when needed Assisting our affiliated design/build operation, Elite Living Designs, with jobsite cleanup and general labor We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Enjoys physical, hands-on work Is comfortable lifting and moving heavier items Can work indoors and outdoors Doesn't mind getting dirty Is dependable and shows up when scheduled Takes pride in doing a job correctly Works well as part of a team Can take direction and also work independently Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Is interested in learning additional skills and taking on more responsibility Experience in cleaning, construction, landscaping, property maintenance, moving, restoration, power washing, or general labor is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
