Why Peachstate Hobby Game Distribution? We are one of the largest board game and TCG distributors in the United States. Our corporate office is based in Sanford, FL. We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, comics, and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers. We are currently looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team! Come help us distribute fun across the United States!
Hours of business:
Monday
  • Thursday 9:00 am
  • 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am
  • 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).
This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; required Administrative Assistant Job Duties (including but not limited to): Process and manage new account requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring all documentation is complete and systems are updated. Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and acting as the primary initial point of contact for the office. Assist with processing payments from clients during busy periods and release seasons to ensure timely processing. Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage FedEx and UPS claims processes, including documentation, tracking and resolution. Offer additional support for carious tasks and initiatives within the Coqui department as needs arise.
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience, required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and payment handling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle client inquiries and shipping claims with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.

The employee must occasionally lift and move office supplies or materials, generally up to 15-20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include the ability to focus on close objects, such as reading documents or working at a computer, as well as distance vision for activities such as scanning meeting rooms or monitoring remote interactions.
