Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Potential candidates must be sincere, reliable and trustworthy Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and spreadsheets Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring quick retrieval of documents Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for staff or clients, ensuring efficient time management Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills combined with excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office productivity software Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding support while fostering a positive work environment.
