Job overview:
We are seeking an organized and driven project administration/coordinator to join our team. As a growing company, we are looking for someone who will play an integral role in supporting our project teams in delivering for our clients. Responsibilities
  • Vendor onboarding, project accounting, and contract administration
  • Support the project team with administrative tasks
  • Assist with schedule management
  • Project tracking, follow-up, and reporting
  • Project tech setup and management
  • Manage project files and documentation
  • Assist with permitting and approvals
  • Assist with bidding and buyout
  • Proposal creation and administration Qualifications
  • Office experience required; construction & accounting experience highly preferred
  • Highly effective communicator
  • Personable and professional
  • Hard-working team player
  • Organized and systems-oriented
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and tech savvy Get it.

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
