COMPENSATION

$90k

•110k base depending on experience

HOURS:

9:00am

•6:00pm

DEGREE:

Required Responsibilities Perform front desk receptionist duties (answer phones, greet guests, manage conference room usage, coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings) Manage calendars, schedule calls & meetings for the CEO Prepare travel arrangements as needed Spearhead office improvement projects, installations, repairs, and maintenance Function as the office representative to building management, vendors, and IT consultants Order office supplies and maintain inventory Assist with planning company events, as needed Maintain files and documents Prepare expense and travel reimbursement reports Assist with data entry Assist with special projects as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of administrative or executive support experience Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience Outgoing and engaging personality Detail oriented Patient and willing to go above with a positive attitude
