We provide administrative, educational, and compliance‑based services to support our programs and clients. We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Office Assistant to help with daily office operations as we expand our business. Position Overview The Office Assistant will support administrative tasks, data entry, scheduling, and general office organization. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a small business environment with flexible hours. Responsibilities Perform general administrative and clerical duties Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents Support scheduling, phone calls, and email communication Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and internal systems Maintain office cleanliness and organization Assist with vocational school paperwork and compliance documentation Provide support to the Director as needed Requirements Must be able to work in person 2-3 days per week Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email, basic data entry) Ability to work independently and follow instructions Professional communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Experience in an office or administrative role preferred but not required What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding business Competitive hourly pay based on experience How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or email it directly to .
