Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Reviews and invoices work orders assuring that all aspects of the work order are correct (parts, labor, miscellaneous, notes, warranty codes, and purchase orders) Verifies and enters technician time cards daily as needed Receives invoicing from other dealerships and vendors and forwards for payment Provides completed service reports, fluid analysis reports, and all required documentation to customers as needed Closes all work orders within allotted time or less from last day of labor Maintains WIP at less than 60 days Maintains technician service truck vehicle records Maintains accurate service records Provides the Wagner Equipment Warranty department accurate service records Provides the Wagner Equipment A/P- A/R department accurate invoicing records Works with the Wagner Equipment Fleet Department to maintain accurate service truck records Is accessible to all Power Systems personnel for personal contact in order to maintain efficient work flow Promotes additional Wagner services to customers as needed Applies a basic knowledge of engines and EPG applications Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED 3+ years' experience with electrical power generators 3 years administrative/clerical experience 3 years customer service experience 1 years sales experiencePhysical Demands & Competencies:
Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills Safety & Product Knowledge Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access Intermediate knowledge ofMicrosoft Word and Excel Work Environment:
