Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00
PM Pay:
$17/hour
Type:
Temporary Overview We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Title Administrators to support a short-term records and filing project for a financial services organization in Las Vegas. This is a hands-on, active role that involves physical filing, scanning, and document management. Candidates who are comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the day are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Filing, scanning, and validating vehicle title documents Reviewing outstanding title reports to ensure accuracy and completeness Managing and organizing files and records Updating and notating accounts as title-related documents are received Reviewing DMV documents for accuracy and completeness Performing data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable working under time constraints and meeting daily deadlines Self-directed with strong judgment and work prioritization skills Team player with good interpersonal skills Background in warehousing, healthcare, administrative support, or records management is a plus Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong data entry and 10-key skills Comfortable using standard office equipment, including copiers and scanners Ability to read and follow instructions carefully and communicate professionally By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
