$1.00 (noted from job data) Benefits include: Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide expert neonatal care across multiple hospital NICUs, including Level-III facilities Cover 24-hour shifts and participate in in-house on-call duties Collaborate with NNPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Utilize advanced neonatal procedures such as iNO and high-frequency ventilation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research Rotate among four hospitals: Summerlin, Spring Valley, Centennial Hills, and Henderson Hospitals What You Need Active, unrestricted medical license in Nevada Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology (within 5 years of eligibility) Full-time availability, willing to rotate among multiple locations Experience in neonatal intensive care preferred Ability to commit to a full-time, permanent position About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare provider in Las Vegas, NV, offering a full spectrum of neonatal services, including high-frequency ventilation, total body cooling, and transport.
