Flexible schedules available Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to our team. The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling, correspondence, data entry, document preparation, record keeping, and general office activities. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with computers and digital systems, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be available onsite or offsite . Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and team members. Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and calendars as needed. Answer and respond to routine phone calls, emails, and internal communications. Prepare, format, organize, and maintain documents, reports, forms, and spreadsheets. Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems. Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other business activities. Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness. Retrieve, organize, and compile information as requested. Communicate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and other contacts as needed. Track assignments, deadlines, requests, and follow-up items. Assist with data entry, document processing, and other administrative projects. Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, employee, and business information. Follow established company policies and administrative procedures. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and web-based systems. Ability to learn new software and company processes quickly. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and positive attitude. Previous administrative, clerical, office, data entry, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
