ESSENTIAL INFORMATION THE ROLE
The City Clerk Intern provides administrative support to the Public Records Coordinator in organizing and maintaining records on a department-by-department basis. Responsibilities include scanning, organizing, and routing documents and assisting with other records management duties as assigned. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and a willingness to learn and perform the duties and responsibilities of the City Clerk's Department. Pay Considerations The hourly pay for this position is $15
  • $19 based on education level. Work Schedule This position is scheduled to work Monday and Thursday, 8 a.m.
  • 6 p.m. Session from August 24, 2026
  • December 10, 2026.
Part-Time/Temporary Position This position is a part time/temporary position and does not include health or medical benefits. Hours for this position will not exceed 935 per calendar year (see weekly hours for this position under work schedule). ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Current enrollment in any of the following degree programs: HR Management, Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution Current enrollment with a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester (undergraduate level) or 3 credit hours per semester (graduate level) Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher A valid Nevada driver's license>
