Job Description

Custom Sewn Products is a growing U.S.-based manufacturer serving industries like military, medical, and outdoor gear. We're looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communication, and help keep our team running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Answer phones and greet visitors Schedule meetings and manage calendars Prepare documents and maintain organized files Enter and update data accurately Coordinate office supplies and vendor communication Assist with onboarding and general office support Handle mail, shipments, and basic office coordination Requirements What We're Looking For Prior administrative or office experience preferred Strong organization and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and attention to detail Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $20-$24/hour (DOE) Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to grow with a stable, established company Supportive team environment
