Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly, motivated, and team-oriented Orthodontic Receptionist/Assistant to join our startup practice. Prior orthodontic experience is not necessary, but appreciated—we're happy to train the right person! What we're really looking for is a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm visits Manage digital patient records and insurance verifications Clinical Support (As Needed): Take orthodontic photos, scans and X-rays Help maintain a clean and organized clinical area Why Join Us? Compensation:
Starting pay is based on experience. We value growth and are happy to invest in team members who show initiative.
