The Learning Experience #253 in Centereach, NY is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in a dynamic, people-focused environment where your contributions truly make a difference every day.Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation Support staff and management with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks Process and track enrollment paperwork and student records Coordinate communication between parents, staff, and leadership Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate databases Order and manage office supplies and inventoryRequirements:
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plusAbout Us:
