Position Summary As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for presenting finance and insurance products to customers, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You'll play a key role in finalizing vehicle purchases, maximizing dealership profitability, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Present finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers in a transparent and professional manner Secure financing through multiple lenders and obtain credit approvals Structure deals to maximize dealership profitability while maintaining compliance Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with all regulations Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and third-party vendors Assist the sales team with deal structuring and closing Achieve monthly forecasted income, penetration, and product sales goals Stay up-to-date on all lender programs, rate changes, and industry compliance standards Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process Qualifications 2+ years of automotive F&I experience required Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, contracts, and regulations Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills High level of integrity and professionalism Proficient in dealership software systems (Dealertrack and Reynolds) Valid driver's license and clean driving record
