This role involves supporting leasing operations, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, customer service, and computer skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where professionalism, organization, and excellent communication are essential. Responsibilities Assist with leasing processes, including tenant screening, application processing, and lease preparation. Maintain accurate data entry and filing of lease documents, contracts, and legal paperwork. Manage tenant inquiries via phone and email with professional office etiquette. Coordinate property showings and conduct tours for prospective tenants. Support property maintenance requests and coordinate with facilities management teams as needed. Handle conflict management issues professionally to resolve tenant concerns effectively. Assist with legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law and lease agreements. Support property management activities including rent collection, contract renewals, and record keeping. Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years experience in Administrative, Leasing, Customer Service, or comparable role. Property management or real estate administrative roles experience preferred. Computer proficiency in Office 365 and web-based platforms. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Office experience including data entry, filing, and document management. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks
