He has Autism & ADHD. He is very independent and conversational. His needs are supervision for task completion and safety - impulsiveness, proper use of language & topics for social settings Coach-review agenda at beginning of shift and the start of an activity, review how to handle challenges that may come up in a social setting Repeat instructions Step in to assist if he is in need Frustration management Deescalate behaviors My son is a pleasant youg man who enjoys participating in social events, exercising, and exploring.
