Job Description

Climbing Higher EI is a clinician-led Early Intervention agency providing pediatric therapy services to children ages 0-3 throughout New York City. Our team provides a range of pediatric therapy services including ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Special Instruction, and Developmental Evaluations in home and community-based settings. We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Early Intervention program and work closely with agency leadership as part of a forward-thinking and growing organization. This is a full time, in-office position located in Fresh Meadows, NY. Experience working in the NY Early Intervention Program is a plus. Responsibilities Maintain accurate client records, data entry, and program documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries and assisting families and providers Provide professional support to families involved in Early Intervention services Communicate with therapists, service coordinators, and providers as needed Assist with provider coordination and therapy service coverage Support provider and family relations through communication and coordination Provide administrative support across agency operations, including marketing and outreach initiatives Assist with company software platforms and internal system organization Qualifications Prior office experience with strong administrative and clerical skills Experience working in Early Intervention or related child development programs a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer service approach Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities effectively Bilingual Spanish a plus
