Part-Time Administrative & Showroom Assistant - Window Treatment Showroom

Overview We're a window treatment showroom in Great Neck looking for a friendly, organized person to help run our front of house. You'll be the first person clients see, and you'll keep the day-to-day moving — answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting our design team with pricing and orders. It's a calm, professional environment, not a high-pressure sales floor.

Schedule:

Wed/Thu/Fri 10am-4pm, Sat 10am-3pm (about 23 hours/week). Saturday is required. Opportunity for additional hours

Pay:

$18-$22/hour depending on experience. We'll train you on our products during your first few weeks. Responsibilities Greet clients in the showroom and make them feel welcome Answer phones and respond to email inquiries Schedule measuring and installation appointments Assist the design team with product pricing and order entry Handle light data entry and general office tasks Requirements Good communicator, in person and in writing Comfortable with email, Word, and Excel Organized and reliable Professional demeanor suited to a design showroom Reliable transportation to Great Neck Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not required

Pay:
