Description Royal Apparel is a family-owned manufacturing company located in Hauppauge, NY. We are an industry leader of Made in the USA, Organic & Sustainable apparel. We are proud to make our garments out of Fibers that are Eco-Friendly, Green and help the Earth! We are seeking a reliable team player to provide administrative tasks for our company by conducting tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities on a daily basis. Strong communication, attention to detail, and Trouble shooting skills are necessary.
Production Support Responsibilities include:
Data entry and manipulation of data using MS Excel Role requires candidate to perform many tasks in a specific order, in a specific way, and to double check their work . Monitoring, auditing and filing daily paperwork Candidate will spend time in an office(Admin tasks) & Production Floor environment Handle various inventory input and reconciliation. Coordinate & Daily follow-up with both internal and external partners to ensure all opportunities, projects, and orders remain on time Process paperwork and reconciliation for orders checking for accuracy Misc. admin tasks.

Requirements:
  • Accuracy / Attention to detail is a MUST
  • Microsoft Excel is a MUST. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good with Math and able to reconcile various information (Bookkeeping skills a plus) Work independently, as well as with a team. Good Trouble shooting skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized
  • Must be able to follow multi step processes with variables
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines
  • Must be a team player
