Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to join our team full-time. This position will provide day-to-day administrative support and help keep our office organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working on a computer and answering phones, and able to stay organized while handling multiple tasks throughout the day. Previous office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and coordinate appointments Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Enter and update information in spreadsheets and company systems Prepare, organize, scan, and file documents Assist with emails and basic office correspondence Perform general clerical and administrative tasks Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Professional and courteous phone manner - Bilingual preferred Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to accurately enter and maintain information Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Dependable and punctual Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience is a plus Schedule & Compensation Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM 1-hour lunch break $17.00-$20.00 per hour , depending on experience We are looking for someone who wants to become a dependable part of our team and help keep our day-to-day office operations organized and on track.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per weekBenefits:
